Rates

• For Individual sessions, the rate is $150 for the Initial/Intake session and $150 per follow up session.
• For Couple's/ Family sessions, the rate is $175 for the Initial/Intake session and $175 per follow up session.

Insurance

It is recommended that you contact your insurance provider to confirm if your deductible has been met and to confirm co-insurance or co-payment amount.

Out-of-Network Insurance

For out of network insurances, I can provide a superbill (a detailed invoice) for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. It is recommended that you call your insurance provider to confirm if your plan has out-of-network benefits. 

To confirm out-of-network benefits, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions:

1.  What is the out-of-network deductible for outpatient mental health?

2.  How much of the deductible has been met? 

3.  Is a referral needed for out-of-network services?

Payment

I accept all major credit cards and HSA as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
